Launching new BIOinnovative products based on R&D findings

The NoveltyUNIT company is engaged in carrying out laboratory tests and manufacturing products for its own use and for entities operating in the beauty, pharmaceutical, food, household chemical and chemical fertiliser industries. The company’s services, as well as its research and development work are based on very well-equipped dermatological, chemical and microbiological laboratories, and experienced laboratory and technical staff. ‘The wide scope of our activities focuses on eco trends related to using environmentally friendly raw materials, processes and procedures. Thanks to the project, we have extended the range of our services with development of formulas for biocosmetics and their production, which is not as aggressive and harmful to nature as in the case of synthetic cosmetics,’ said Krzysztof Ciepluch, the owner of NoveltyUNIT.

The project enabled the company to purchase a complete production line. It consists of a mixing line for preparation of semi-finished products and target cosmetic formulations, and a packaging line for dispensing, filling and labelling the packaging. The first cosmetics line produced here from A to Z is called “BIOnly forest”. It comprises organic facial, body and hand skin care cosmetics, as well hair care and conditioning products based on beech bark and wood extracts, which have a high content of organic substances having very favourable effects on the skin. When working on dermocosmetics, the NoveltyUNIT team refers to folk medicine and selects compounds with care and pro-health properties, which have been present in our world for centuries.

As all the production processes are conducted in a temperature below 35 ̊C, the component substances retain their organic properties. Biocosmetics owe their scent to natural aromatic oils having antibacterial and fungicidal effects. The production profile of NoveltyUNIT is in harmony with nature, setting a trend for the future at the same time. It is worth keeping up with it.
